Why can’t I check out online?
We’re a small team and we like talking to our customers. Ordering by WhatsApp means we can check sizes and answer questions before you pay. Online checkout is coming.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item. We confirm the date before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
EFT, PayShap and card payment links.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to cancel, and a 6-month warranty on faulty items. See Delivery & Returns.
Do you sell dog products?
No. We’re cats only, on purpose.
Can you help me choose?
Absolutely. WhatsApp us, tell us about your cat, and we’ll suggest what fits.
Are your product photos real?
Some are supplier photos while we build our own library. We’re replacing them with photos of real cats in real South African homes.
