Changed your mind? 7-day cooling-off
Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it. Return the item unused and in its original packaging; you pay the return delivery cost, and we refund the purchase price within 30 days.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months under normal use, we’ll repair, replace or refund it, as the Consumer Protection Act requires. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out.
